Fees

We guarantee full transparency in the calculation of our fees and expenses.
We calculate our fees :
 
  • Preferably at an hourly rate (between €100 and €180, exclusive of VAT) depending on the subject, difficulty of the dispute and urgency
  • Depending on the result obtained (success fee)
  • In certain particular cases, other arrangements can be made for the calculation of fees
The full rate of fees and expenses is communicated to you at the first appointment.

Since 1 January 2014, our statements of fees and expenses are liable for VAT at a rate of 21%.
